Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided through Dragonfly Whispers, operated by Elemental 4 Wellness LLC.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full. Appointments may be rescheduled depending on the circumstances.
  • Services already rendered are non-refundable.
  • Packages and programs are non-refundable but may be transferred at the discretion of Elemental 4 Wellness LLC.
